Welcome to JusticeWeb
Welcome to your link to online justice. JusticeWeb has been developed to give you a secure and convenient gateway to the Butler County Prosecutor's Office. JusticeWeb's features can only be accessed with a JusticeWeb user account. To create an account, follow the steps below:
- Click the Request Account button in the upper right hand corner of this screen
- Complete the fields in the Account Request form
- Click the Submit button
In order for a new account to be approved, we must have the following:
- - A copy of your Notice of Appearance on behalf of your client
- - An open case with our office
Please be sure to send a copy of your "Notice of Appearance" to our office when you file it with the court. Notices can be emailed to our office at prosecutor@butlercountyohio.org
After your Account Request has been submitted and approved, an email will be sent to you confirming your account. Sign in to JusticeWeb by entering the credentials you provided on the Account Request form.
Once you are signed in to JusticeWeb, you will have access to view all of your active cases and download e-discovery if it is available.
